Scope and estimate

Daniel reviews your photos and details and confirms the scope before sending a written quote. Additional or hidden work requires a separate agreement.

Safety comes first

Active leaks, wet material, sagging, collapse, suspected asbestos, uncertain old linings, complex access and unsupported scopes require review. Photos cannot establish asbestos absence, safe structure or dryness. Do not climb or disturb material to take photos.

Finish and add-ons

Repairs are sanded and paint-ready. Optional spot painting requires matching paint supplied on site. Colour and sheen may differ. Relevant access add-ons appear in an eligible estimate.

Review and booking

A review message is not sent automatically. Call or text if you would like to discuss your repair. No real booking, dispatch, payment or customer message is created in this preview. Licensing, insurance, retention and final customer terms need confirmation before launch.
